Responsibilities

• Client onboarding: Send fact find and document requests
• Document collection: chase and verify all required documents
• CRM management: maintain Broker Engine records and pipeline
• Application prep: data entry and submission notes
• Client communication: provide updates and follow-ups
• Submission: lodge deals with lenders
• Lender management: follow-ups and conditions management
• Settlement: coordinate files through to completion
• Pricing & valuations: run pricing requests and order valuations
• Dropbox & files: manage Dropbox and document organisation
