Job summary

D2B is seeking a highly organised Mortgage Broker VA / Loan Processor to support an Australian mortgage broking business remotely. The role involves end-to-end loan processing, file management, and administrative support across the mortgage lifecycle, from submission to settlement.

You will work closely with the broker to prepare, manage and track home loan applications, ensuring files are complete, accurate, and progressed efficiently. AU business hours apply.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and accurate data handling.
• Excellent written English communication with high attention to detail.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple loan files remotely.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package home loan applications for submission to lenders.
• Collect, review, and organise client supporting documents.
• Ensure loan files meet lender and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date application records in CRM.
• Track loan progress from submission through settlement.
• Complete loan health checks for existing clients.
• Manage broker inbox and client communication via Outlook.
• Draft and format documents including loan application summaries.
• Follow up with lenders regarding outstanding requirements.
