Job summary

D2B is seeking a Senior Mortgage Broker Support / Credit Analyst to bridge technical credit analysis with end-to-end file management. You will own applications from initial assessment through to submission and settlement support, operating with minimal supervision.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of Australian mortgage broking experience, familiarity with Connective Mercury CRM, and strong English communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of Australian mortgage broking experience.
• Exceptional written English communication and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational capabilities and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial assessment by reviewing tax returns, financial statements, BAS, payslips and supporting docs.
• Ensure each client file in the CRM is complete and up-to-date.
• Conduct pre-submission quality assurance with processing team to ensure readiness.
• Assess serviceability and risk, identify policy issues and submission challenges.
• Research lender policies and advise on suitable lenders based on client goals.
• Prepare credit recommendations and scenario summaries for brokers.
• Analyze complex lending scenarios across PAYG, self-employed, company, trust, SMSF, and investment lending.
