D2B is seeking a dedicated Loan Processor for a 100% remote role based in the Philippines. You will support both loan processing and credit assessment for Australian mortgage cases, coordinating with lenders and clients to ensure accurate decisions.

The position emphasizes attention to detail, communication skills, and knowledge of Australian lenders. Work remotely from the Philippines with a standard full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Australian mortgage support and loan processing.
• Strong knowledge of loan processing and credit analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with major and non-major Australian lenders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end loan processing: application to settlement.
• Liaise with lenders, clients, and third parties.
• Conduct credit analysis and assess borrower eligibility.
• Prepare loan documentation, serviceability calculations, and lender comparisons.
• Use CRM systems like MyCRM, Mercury, or Infynity.
• Stay current with lender policies and industry updates.
