Job summary

D2B is seeking an experienced Loan Processor to support brokers by analyzing and managing Australian mortgage files from initial assessment to settlement. You will ensure compliance with lender policies and deliver accurate, complete applications.

Responsibilities include evaluating financial documents, preparing submissions to major Australian banks, coordinating with lenders and solicitors, and tracking progress to keep brokers informed at every stage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of dedicated Australian mortgage loan processing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Experience with broker aggregator platforms (Connective or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate financial documents for full-doc, low-doc, and self-employed loans.
• Prepare and submit loan applications to Australian banks and lenders.
• Manage the loan lifecycle from data entry to settlement.
• Liaise with lenders, assessors, valuation firms, and solicitors.
• Perform preliminary credit assessments and borrowing capacity calculations.
• Maintain records and provide proactive status updates.
• Identify risks and mitigants to maximize approval chances.
