Job summary

D2B is seeking a Loan Processing & Client Liaison Specialist based in the Philippines to work with an Australian mortgage broking business. This remote, full-time role focuses on loan lodgement, post-submission tracking, and client communication, with opportunities to expand into credit analysis and para-broker support.

You will manage submissions, chase missing documents, and liaise with lenders and conveyancers.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in submitting home loans to Australian lenders.
• Strong knowledge of lender criteria, serviceability, and end-to-end process.
• Experience inside an Australian mortgage broker/aggregator environment.
• Proficiency with broker software (Infynity/Metanoia/Apply Online).
• Excellent written and spoken English, warm and professional.

Responsibilities

• Lodge and manage loan applications to lenders, including electronic signing and submission.
• Track active applications and monitor lender progress; respond to MIRs.
• Keep clients informed on status, feedback, and next steps; liaise with conveyancers and settlements teams.
• Progress deals through to settlement and handle post-settlement inquiries.
• Support credit analysis and data relabeling as needed to assist the para-broker.
