Boomering Inc is hiring a Mortgage Broker Assistant to join our Angeles City region operations with a work-from-home/office setup. You will coordinate client communications, assemble loan packages, and support processing through underwriting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in business, finance, accounting, IT or related field preferred.
• Experience in AU Loan Processing is required.
• Must be located in Bacolod.
• Prior mortgage/banking admin support experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with mortgage documents and loan processing is beneficial.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Act as contact point for clients; provide updates on application status.
• Monitor emails; schedule and confirm appointments for clients and brokers.
• Assist clients with gathering documentation for loan applications.
