Levera Solutions is an offshore services provider in Angeles City, Pampanga, delivering admin support for Australian financial services. We seek a Mortgage Broking Administrator (MBA) to back Mortgage Consultants with loan processing, documentation, and compliance tasks.

Role involves coordinating with lenders and onshore staff, data entry in FLEX/CRM, and maintaining service levels. Onsite, Monday–Friday mornings in Angeles City.

Qualifications

• Professional attention to detail and accuracy in records and workflows.
• Proficiency with mortgage software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Awareness of ASIC/NCCP compliance and licensee policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin support to Mortgage Consultants for compliant loan processing.
• Coordinate with lenders, clients, and onshore staff to progress applications.
• Collate documents, NCCP forms, and compliance records.
• Enter client data in CRM/mortgage software; keep records up to date.
• Order valuations, prepare loan lodgements, and validate data.
• Assist with post-settlement activities and QA checks.
• Suggest process improvements to streamline workflows.
