MOVE Your Business is seeking a proactive Mortgage Production Coordinator/Assistant to support our client's mortgage processing team with day-to-day loan production activities. This role requires strong organization, tech-savviness, and excellent communication with borrowers and third parties.

Based remotely from the Philippines, you will manage files, track verifications, coordinate with lenders, and provide admin support to keep loans moving.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage, lending, banking, real estate, title, insurance, or administrative support.
• Experience with loan processing, document management, or customer coordination.
• Familiarity with U.S. mortgage terminology and processes.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Loan File & Document Management: set up files, assist with disclosures, organize documents.
• Verifications & Order Tracking: order VOEs, track title, appraisal, and insurance.
• Borrower & Third-Party Coordination: assist borrowers and follow up with parties.
• Production & Administrative Support: provide daily admin support and keep files moving.
• Compliance & Organization: maintain accurate, complete loan files and timelines.
