Job summary

Loanworks is seeking a highly organized Sales & Broker Administration Coordinator to join our Philippines-based remote team. You will support the Managing Director, BDMs, brokers, and internal teams with sales administration, marketing coordination, research, and general business activities.

Full training will be provided, and mortgage experience is not required. You should be comfortable with technology, able to learn new systems quickly, and capable of solving day-to-day problems in a remote,

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, sales support, customer service, or marketing support.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to BDMs.
• Receive and distribute sales enquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Prepare and send loan application packs and broker documentation.
• Respond to routine broker enquiries and assist with forms, guides, and resources.
• Maintain accurate broker, aggregator, and partner information in CRM systems.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
• Assist with rate updates, newsletters, email campaigns, and marketing resources.
• Support webinars, online events, and broker communications.
• Conduct research on mortgage brokers and industry contacts.
• Assist with other administration and business support activities as required.
