Job summary

D2B is seeking a dedicated Mortgage Broker Assistant to join our team in a remote capacity in the Philippines. You will submit loan applications, monitor them through to approval, and support Brokers and the Scenarios Team, coordinating between clients, lenders, valuers and stakeholders for timely service.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance, 1–2 years in mortgage processing, and familiarity with Mercury and ApplyOnline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in mortgage processing, lending, or financial services.
• Familiarity with Australian lenders and mortgage products.

Responsibilities

• Loan Processing & Documentation: verify income docs, credit reports, and track requirements.
• Client & Lender Communication: liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors, and stakeholders.
• Administrative & Operational Support: track progress, update CRM, and prepare reports.
