Job summary

BC Solutions (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a motivated AU Mortgage Broker Support to help our growing Australian mortgage operations from Manila.

You will assist with application packaging, documentation, pre-assessment and follow-up, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance. The role emphasizes customer service, timely SLA delivery, and on-site work at the BGC office.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to build strong working relationships
• Able to prioritise workloads effectively to meet SLAs and deadlines
• Must be willing to work onsite in BGC office

Responsibilities

• Process and remediate applications accurately and efficiently
• Deliver an excellent customer and client experience via inbound and outbound channels
• Action and respond to Customer and Client tickets
• Provide factual, accurate, and consistent information to Customers and Clients
• Meet Service Level Agreement by managing workloads effectively
• Escalate complaints or issues as required
• Handle customer payment information in accordance with process and regulations
• Liaise with Customers and Clients via various channels including voice and digital
• Follow and adhere to processes and policies
• Provide other ad-hoc support as required
