Job summary

D2B, a Australia-based mortgage broker, is seeking an experienced Loan Processor / Client Support Specialist to join as a remote contractor in the Philippines. You will support an established broker with 25+ years in finance, handling loan administration from application to settlement.

Responsibilities include preparing GEM data, submitting via Apply Online, managing files to settlement, following up for documents, and keeping clients informed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience supporting an Australian mortgage broker.
• Organised, proactive and confident communicating with Australian clients and lenders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete loan application information in GEM.
• Submit applications through Apply Online.
• Manage loan files from submission through to settlement.
• Follow up with clients for outstanding documents and information.
• Provide friendly and proactive updates to clients throughout the loan process.
• Liaise with lenders to help keep applications progressing.
• Review files to identify missing information or potential delays.
• Keeping accurate notes, tasks and status updates in JAM / Sales Trek.
• Keep the broker updated on application progress.
• Escalate complex lending scenarios or compliance matters when required.
