Job summary

D2B, a Queensland-based finance broker, seeks a Mortgage Broker Support Specialist to assist with loan administration, compliance and filing. This remote role supports Australian lenders and brokers from the Philippines, handling documentation, follow-ups and submission through ApplyOnline.

The successful candidate will manage client files in Mercury, perform serviceability checks and maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance and timely progress of each application.

Qualifications

• Experience with Mercury CRM and ApplyOnline preferred.
• Understanding of mortgage-broking process in Australia is required.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loan administration and application preparation.
• Maintain accurate client files and compliance notes in Mercury.
• Enter client data into serviceability calculators and lender systems.
• Submit applications via ApplyOnline and track progress with brokers.
