Job summary

Emapta is hiring a Specialist Mortgage Support to strengthen Australian mortgage operations by translating lender policies into practical broker guidance, resolving lending challenges, and supporting brokers with loan lodgement processes. This permanent work-from-home role offers weekend-free schedules and ongoing upskilling opportunities through Emapta Academy.

You will work with a global team, applying your mortgage knowledge, Excel skills, and policy interpretation to help brokers structure

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of administrative support experience in the Australian mortgage industry, including credit management, with at least 2 years in residential lending
• Hands-on experience with loan lodgment processes
• Proficiency in ApplyOnline and property valuation tools such as CoreLogic
• Strong understanding of lending terminology, policies, and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective task prioritization and self-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and shifting deadlines
• Critical-thinking skills and a proactive approach
• Professional, personable and relationship-focused approach
• Team-oriented and results-driven mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking Management) or equivalent highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Interpret, clarify, and implement product changes and lender policy updates
• Provide support to the broker network through email, telephone, and forums
• Offer subject matter expertise to help brokers structure deals and apply lending policies
• Troubleshoot product and policy issues as they arise
• Communicate lender updates and changes to the franchise network
