Job summary

PeoplePartners BPO Inc. is seeking an AU Mortgage Broker Support Officer to remotely assist one Australian client, keeping brokers, customers and loan files moving smoothly.

You’ll handle document management, data entry, compliance checks, lender pricing, valuations and client follow-ups, ensuring accuracy and timely progress updates. A strong understanding of the Australian mortgage landscape and meticulous, autonomous work style are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Understanding of the Australian mortgage industry and mortgage broker support processes.
• Strong administration and document management skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Download, cross-check, rename and correctly file client documents.
• Enter and maintain accurate client and document information in MyCRM.
• Review documentation against compliance requirements.
• Confirm sensitive information, including TFNs and government numbers, is appropriately redacted.
• Identify missing or incomplete documentation and follow up with customers.
• Keep brokers updated on document and application progress through the shared Trello board.
• Assist with lender pricing and valuation requests.
• Manage documents and correspondence across shared inboxes, Google Drive and client‑specific loan folders.
• Maintain organized, accurate and current loan files.
• Follow established mortgage support and compliance processes.
• Manage competing priorities and complete work accurately and on time.
• Participate in regular team and manager meetings.
• Communicate clearly with brokers, customers and team members.
