Emapta Philippines is seeking an Admin/Customer Service Officer (Mortgage Broking) to ensure loan applications are accurate and organized from preparation through settlement. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• General administrative experience, ideally within the finance industry.
• Background in finance or office administration.
• Knowledge of Australian banking processes is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the Mercury system.
• Prepare complete and accurate loan applications before submission.
• Monitor loan assessments and respond promptly to lender requests.
• Liaise with clients, brokers, banks, and other relevant parties throughout the loan process.
• Coordinate all key milestones leading up to settlement.
• Provide general administrative and customer service support to the mortgage broking team.
