Job summary

Emapta Philippines is seeking an AU Loan Administrator to support Australian mortgage brokers from home. You will interpret policy updates, guide deals, and help lenders navigate lending rules across a national broker network.

The role requires 1–3 years in Australian mortgage admin, familiarity with loan lodgment, ApplyOnline and CoreLogic, and strong Excel and communication skills. A Certificate IV in Financial Services is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of administrative support experience in the Australian mortgage industry, including credit management, with at least 2 years in residential lending.
• Hands‑on experience with loan lodgment processes
• Proficiency in ApplyOnline and property valuation tools such as CoreLogic
• Strong understanding of lending terminology, policies, and regulations
• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy
