Job summary

Emapta is recruiting for an AU Loan Administrator to support brokers across Australia from a permanent work-from-home setup. You will interpret policy changes, assist with lodgement processes, and help brokers structure deals while maintaining compliance with lending regulations.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in Australian mortgage admin, proven residential lending experience, and strong Excel and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of administrative support experience in the Australian mortgage industry, including credit management.
• At least 2 years of residential lending experience.
• Hands-on experience with loan lodgement processes.
• Proficiency in ApplyOnline and property valuation platforms such as CoreLogic.
• Strong knowledge of Australian lending terminology, policies, and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret, clarify, and implement mortgage product changes and lender policy updates.
• Support the broker network through email, telephone, and online forums.
• Advise brokers on structuring deals and navigating complex lending policies.
• Troubleshoot product, process, and policy-related issues as they arise.
• Communicate lender updates and procedural changes across the franchise network.
