Job summary

Outsourced is hiring a Homebased AU Mortgage Broker with at least 5 years in loan processing and credit analysis. You will prepare and submit NCCP-compliant applications, liaise with clients, brokers, and lenders, and drive applications toward settlement from a remote home office.

You bring expertise in mortgage structuring, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with AOL and CRM platforms. This full-time role supports a global client base with flexible, asynchronous collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in credit analysis and/or loan processing.
• Experience with AOL (Apply Online) to manage deals end-to-end.
• Familiarity with NCCP documentation and mortgage reporting.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to gather information and identify gaps.
• Analyze financials to assess borrowing capacity and loan suitability with compliance notes.
• Prepare, package, and submit loan applications and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with clients, brokers, and lenders to progress applications to settlement.
• Monitor applications and ensure settlements are completed with authorities.
