SUM+ is seeking a Credit Analyst / Parabroker (AU) to join our remote team. The role focuses on assessing loan applications, analyzing financial information, and supporting Australian brokers to deliver tailored lending solutions.

You will ensure compliance and accuracy throughout the credit process while working independently from a home-based setup. Direct AU mortgage experience is required and strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the Australian mortgage industry.
• Strong understanding of residential lending, including investment loans, refinances, and first home buyers.
• Highly detail-oriented and highly organised.
• Excellent independent working capability in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess loan applications and analyse financial information.
• Support brokers to deliver tailored lending solutions.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance and efficiency in the credit process.
• Review documentation and lender requirements for each file.
