Job summary

Emapta Philippines is seeking an AU Mortgage Loan Processor to own Australian mortgage processing from pre-credit assessment to settlement. You will manage end-to-end file handling, document verification, lender research, and application progression while coordinating with brokers and clients in a remote setup.

This full-time role offers permanent work-from-home, day shift with weekends off, competitive salary PHP 45,000–65,000 based on experience, and access to learning through Emapta Academy

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Australian mortgage processing, broker support, or lending experience with a bank or non-bank lender.
• Hands-on end-to-end AU loan processing experience, from pre-credit/pre-assessment through application progression and settlement.
• Experience reviewing borrower documents, identifying gaps, and preparing complete files for broker or credit assessment.
• Exposure to servicing, borrowing-capacity assessment, lender research, pricing requests, valuations, and application preparation.
• Good understanding of Australian residential lending requirements, lender processes, documentation standards, and loan workflows.
• Experience with Salestrekker, Mercury, BrokerEngine, ApplyOnline/AOL, Quickli, or similar platforms is highly regarded.
• Exposure to lenders such as Firstmac, Pepper, Valiant Finance, or comparable banks/non-bank lenders is advantageous.
• Strong English communication, document management, data-entry accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple loan files, deadlines, and priorities independently in a remote setup.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification

Responsibilities

• Request documents from clients and review them for completeness and compliance.
• Collect, index and organise supporting documents and identify gaps.
• Data entry of client records in the CRM.
• Prepare client loan overview excel and Quickli for brokers' review.
• Request pricing discounts from lenders and order valuations.
• Prepare application notes and organise application folders for the processing team.
• Call lenders to receive updates on application progress.
• Prepare post-settlement compliance records for clients advising of the loan breakdown.
• Prepare and manage discharges for settlements
• Process loan maintenance and variation requests, and conduct retention pricing reviews on the existing client book
