Emapta Global is seeking an AU Mortgage Loan Processor to own the Australian lending journey from pre-credit assessment to settlement. The role emphasizes accuracy, document verification, and end-to-end loan processing in a permanent work-from-home setup.

You will support brokers, review borrower documents, manage multiple files, and liaise with lenders. A bachelor’s degree and at least two years of Australian mortgage processing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Australian mortgage processing experience.
• Hands-on end-to-end AU loan processing from pre-approval to settlement.
• Experience reviewing borrower documents and identifying gaps.
• Understanding of Australian residential lending requirements and processes.

Responsibilities

• Request and review documents for completeness and compliance.
• Organise supporting documents and identify gaps.
• Data entry of client records in the CRM.
• Prepare loan overview for brokers' review.
• Lodge applications and communicate updates with lenders.
• Arrange post-settlement records and discharges.
• Handle loan maintenance and pricing reviews.
