Qualifications

2-3 years of hands-on Australian residential mortgage processing experience
At least 1 year of AU mortgage administrative support experience, including credit management
Proven hands-on expertise preparing and lodging mortgage applications through ApplyOnline
Strong knowledge of Australian lending terminology, lender policies, credit requirements, and regulations
Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking Management) or equivalent is highly preferred

Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end AU mortgage process, from application and assessment through ApplyOnline lodgement, settlement, and post-settlement support
Provide SME guidance to brokers on deal structuring, lender policies, credit requirements, and complex lending scenarios
Interpret and implement lender policy and product updates while resolving processing and policy issues
Support the broker network across email, phone, and forums, communicating critical lender changes across the franchise network
