Job summary

Emapta Philippines is seeking a Senior AU Mortgage Processor to drive end-to-end Australian mortgage processing, from application through lodgement, leveraging ApplyOnline, Quickli, and servicing calculators to ensure compliance and accuracy.

You will collaborate with international mortgage professionals, own critical lending processes, and benefit from a permanent work-from-home setup, competitive salary, and extensive Upskilling via Emapta Academy.

Qualifications

3+ years Australian mortgage processing or credit support experience.
Experience with residential lending and credit management.
Proficient with ApplyOnline, Quickli, and servicing calculators.
Knowledge of CoreLogic and lender policies.
Strong Excel skills for tracking and reporting.
Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Australian mortgage processing from initial assessment to lodgement and ongoing support.
Interpret lender policy updates to ensure compliant lending support.
Provide responsive mortgage support to broker networks via email and phone.
Deliver guidance on deal structuring and lending scenarios.
Troubleshoot issues across loan processes and deadlines.
