Job summary

Emapta Philippines is seeking a Junior AU Loan Administrator to support the Australian mortgage lifecycle from document prep to settlement. You will work remotely with a day shift and weekends off, gaining hands-on AU processing experience and exposure to international lending standards.

The role emphasizes end-to-end processing, ApplyOnline lodgement, use of CoreLogic tools, and accurate data management. A Certificate IV in Financial Services is preferred, with strong Excel and communication

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Australian mortgage lending experience, including at least 1 year of hands-on mortgage processing or loan administration
• End-to-end AU residential loan processing experience, covering application preparation, ApplyOnline lodgement, credit support, lender follow-up, documentation, approval and settlement
• Proficiency in ApplyOnline and experience with property valuation tools such as CoreLogic
• Strong knowledge of Australian lending terminology, lender policies, credit requirements and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and mortgage administration
• Professional, proactive, with excellent communication and organizational skills
• Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking Management) or equivalent is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Review client documentation (PAYG, financial statements, bank statements) for compliance and accuracy
• Package loan files via aggregator portals such as ApplyOnline and Loanapp
• Track loan progress daily across lenders and resolve bank queries
• Keep clients, real estate agents, and conveyancers updated at key milestones
• Coordinate loan contract reviews and track settlement dates
• Maintain up-to-date client records in CRM platforms (Salestrekker, Podio, Mercury)
• Adhere to BID and privacy guidelines
