Emapta Philippines is seeking an experienced Australian Mortgage Credit Analyst to assess complex borrower structures, calculate borrowing capacity, and prepare complete, credit-ready loan applications for Australian lenders.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in credit analysis, loan assessment or mortgage lending, including 1–2 years in Australian lending or credit assessment.
Experience preparing, lodging and managing Australian mortgage applications through ApplyOnline.
Strong knowledge of Australian lending policies, NCCP and responsible lending obligations.

Responsibilities

Support Australian mortgage applications across the full loan lifecycle from document collection through settlement.
Review borrower information and financial documents to prepare accurate credit-ready submissions.
Lodge and maintain applications through ApplyOnline, CRM systems and lender portals.
