D2B, a premier Australian mortgage brokerage, is seeking a Mortgage Broker Assistant & Loan Processor in Manila to support a top broker in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will own end-to-end loan packaging, manage pipelines, and coordinate with clients, lenders, and solicitors to ensure swift settlements.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years Australian mortgage processing or broker support experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with ApplyOnline and major Australian CRMs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of direct experience in Australian mortgage processing or broker support operations.
• Hands-on proficiency with ApplyOnline and leading Australian aggregator CRMs (e.g., Salestrekker, MyCRM, Mercury, or Flex).
• Firm grasp of Australian lender checklists, serviceability metrics, desk-side credit policies, and NCCP guidelines.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with demonstrated ability to manage client inbox delegation and lender escalations.

Responsabilités

• Loan Packaging & Submissions: Collect and audit client documents; input data; submit files via ApplyOnline.
• Pipeline Management: Monitor from lodgement to approval and settlement; clear MIR requests; order valuations.
• Inbox & Executive Support: Manage broker inbox; draft client updates; conduct home loan reviews; maintain client relationships.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Central point of contact between clients, lenders, solicitors, and agents to ensure file progression.
