Qualifikationen

• Proficient in Broker Engine for file review, handover and pre-submission checks.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the same mortgage broker role.
• Broad lender exposure with policy and servicing knowledge for major to third-tier lenders.
• Proficient in Quickli for servicing scenarios.
• Ability to interpret PAYG and self-employed financials; Trust/SMSF experience valued.
• Strong living expenses analysis knowledge for serviceability.
• Extensive AOL experience for processor submissions.
