Job summary

Emapta Philippines is hiring a Mortgage Broker Assistant to take home loan applications from documentation to settlement, coordinating clients, brokers, and lenders. The role is fully remote with a permanent work-from-home setup and a day-shift schedule from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM PHT.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in end-to-end Australian loan processing, strong Excel/Word skills, and a keen eye for detail. Bachelor’s degree required; mortgage industry experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree graduate in any field.
• At least 3 years of comprehensive experience in end-to-end Australian loan processing, from application preparation through approval and settlement.
• Professional experience in a comparable role within a residential mortgage lending or mortgage broking environment.
• Strong analytical and numerical capabilities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and web-based loan processing systems.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and verbal and written communication skills for effective client and stakeholder interactions.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills with the ability to contribute effectively in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clients, brokers, and lenders from application to settlement.
• Prepare and submit mortgage applications; liaise with underwriters to support timely processing.
• Ensure documentation complies with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Maintain CRM records and update clients on application status.
• Provide marketing, sales and operational support as required.
• Manage loan applications from document collection through approval and settlement.
