Job summary

Manila Recruitment Limited is seeking a Mortgage Broker Assistant in the Philippines to support end-to-end mortgage backend operations for an Australian-based boutique broker. You will manage CRM updates, assemble loan packages, and coordinate with lenders to move applications from prep to settlement.

Working closely with the founder, you will own the pipeline, spot delays, improve Mercury workflows, and provide proactive admin support to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Australian mortgage broking industry or similar.
• Strong ownership mindset with ability to work independently.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive and process-driven, able to identify gaps and improve workflows.
• Comfortable in a growing business where systems are still being built.

Responsibilities

• Keep client and loan information updated and accurate in Connective Mercury.
• Manage the loan pipeline and ensure timely progress of all applications.
• Follow up on required documents and ensure completeness before submission.
• Prepare and organize loan applications per lender requirements.
• Coordinate with lenders and stakeholders for updates and follow-ups.
• Handle post-settlement tasks like client check-ins and rate reviews.
• Spot delays or issues early and take action to keep deals on track.
• Help improve Mercury workflows and backend processes.
• Provide general admin support to keep daily operations running smoothly.
