• Experience supporting U.S.-based medical practices and handling PHI securely.
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and practice management tools.
• Ability to manage patient calls and receptionist duties with a VoIP system.

• Coordinate new patient inquiries, registration, intake docs, and scheduling.
• Manage confirmations, rescheduling, cancellations, and follow-ups.
• Handle patient calls using the practice phone system and maintain records in SimplePractice.
• Support billing workflows and update billing records with accuracy.
• Assist with emails, admin tasks, and daily operations.
• Contribute to payroll coordination and marketing tasks as needed.
