Winning Assistants LLC. is seeking an experienced Medical Virtual Assistant to support a busy primary care practice remotely, serving a large patient population.

You will handle patient communication, scheduling in Tebra EHR, insurance verification and prior authorizations, and general admin tasks, with emphasis on accuracy, HIPAA compliance, and a positive patient experience. Spanish bilingual skills are a plus; long-term, independent work is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare administration or medical virtual assistance.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Familiarity with Tebra EHR and insurance processes.
• Ability to work remotely with HIPAA compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient communication and phone inquiries during business hours.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments in Tebra EHR.
• Verify insurance eligibility and handle prior authorizations.
• Provide general healthcare administrative support with accurate documentation.
