Job summary

Winning Assistants, Inc. is hiring a Medical Virtual Assistant to support patient scheduling, billing follow-ups, and general admin for a US healthcare client. The role is remote from the Philippines with a 20-hour per week commitment and a pay rate of $5–$6 USD/hour.

Time zone alignment is Pacific Time, with set shifts and daily availability as required. Responsibilities include monitoring balances, coordinating with external billing partners, handling inbound/outbound calls, and using Jane EHR

Qualifications

• Experience as Medical VA or Medical Receptionist is preferred.
• Proficient in patient scheduling and handling inbound/outbound calls.
• Basic understanding of medical billing terminology and accounts receivable.
• Strong English communication skills (phone).
• Able to work 20 hours weekly with PT schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical billing follow-ups and monitor patient balances.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage callbacks using Jane EHR.
• Communicate with patients in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Assist with newsletters and basic administrative tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with external billing partners as required.
