• Denied Claims Management: review denials, identify reasons, and assist reprocessing.
• EOB Processing: review and organize EOBs, clear backlogs.
• Patient Balance Resolution: track balances and coordinate resolutions.
• Claims Processing: support CPT/ICD-10 related claims and tracking.
• Payment Coordination: assist with vendor payments and timely completion of tasks.
• SOAP Note Monitoring: ensure notes are complete and compliant.
• Appointment Tracking: monitor missed/cancelled appointments and patterns.
• Reports and Operational Tracking: prepare actionable reports on key metrics.
• Team Coordination: maintain clear communication across provider and care team.
• Operational Support: identify gaps and propose practical improvements.
