Qualifications

• Healthcare or Behavioral Health Administrative Experience highly preferred.
• TherapyNotes experience highly preferred, but strong experience with a similar EHR/EMR system may also be considered.
• New Patient Intake & Scheduling Experience required.
• Email & Inbox Management Experience required; role is heavily email-based.
• Patient Paperwork Follow-Up Experience required; detail-oriented review of forms.
• Insurance Documentation Coordination required with external biller.

Responsibilities

• Manage new patient inquiries primarily via email and coordinate intake scheduling.
• Track and follow up on unresolved intake items to ensure timely responses.
• Follow up on missing or pending patient documentation and organize intake information.
• Support copay collection and follow up on declined payments.
• Manage administrative email inbox, replies, and maintain order and tracking.
