Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare front-office or virtual assistant roles.
• Experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations.
• Strong professional phone communication.
• Reliable with daily team huddles attendance.
• Able to communicate with patients and clinics.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound patient calls and minimize missed calls.
• Make outbound calls for follow-up with patients/referrals.
• Assist with patient intake and inquiries; process referrals.
• Verify insurance coverage and eligibility; assist with workflows.
• Manage scheduling for new and existing patients; coordinate referrals.
