Winning Assistants LLC. seeks a Medical Virtual Assistant — Regenerative Medicine to support a Hawaii-based practice in a fully remote role. You will manage high-volume patient communication, scheduling, insurance verification, and medical records with accuracy and discretion.

Qualifications

• Must have medical administrative experience supporting U.S. medical practices.
• Experience handling ca. 50 calls daily with inbound focus.
• Experience using EHR/EMR systems and healthcare software.
• Practice Fusion experience highly preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle ~50 patient calls daily, inbound with follow-ups as needed.
• Schedule, reschedule, confirm appointments and manage calendars.
• Process patient intake, records requests, and follow-ups.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits; process authorizations.
• Coordinate with outsourced billing for documentation and corrections.
• Maintain accurate EHR records and documentation.
• Assist with administrative tasks including Friday catch-up.
