Job summary

Assist World, a healthcare AI startup, is seeking a proactive Medical Customer Support & Administrative Assistant to join the team remotely. Working with the Head of Product, you will manage customer communication, support day-to-day admin tasks, and help hospitals and clinicians receive fast, professional assistance.

You should have healthcare administration experience and knowledge of medical terminology, strong written English, and comfort with Slack and Notion.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in healthcare administration or medical reception.
• Training or knowledge of medical terminology is essential.
• Excellent written English and strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day customer support via email.
• Respond to questions and product issues promptly.
• Communicate with nurses, physicians, and clinical teams.
• Escalate complex issues to the right teams.
• Coordinate scheduling and appointments.
• Support Head of Product with admin tasks.
• Maintain organized records and docs.
• Work with Slack and Notion to collaborate.
• Ensure a positive customer experience.
