Job summary

Winning Assistants seeks a Medical Patient Coordinator for a remote, full-time role. You will handle new patient intake, appointment scheduling, patient follow-ups, and general admin duties for a U.S.-based medical practice serving patients with disabilities and chronic conditions.

• Previous patient-facing healthcare experience is preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette and English communication skills.
• Ability to follow HIPAA guidelines and protect patient privacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and new patient intake.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow up as needed.
