Job summary

Winning Assistants Llc is seeking a Medical Patient Coordinator to support a U.S.-based medical practice remotely. The role focuses on patient intake, appointment scheduling, and compassionate patient communication across diverse populations.

You will manage calls, provide information on services and pricing, and escalate clinical questions as needed while maintaining strict confidentiality and accuracy in patient data. Remote work, with Pacific Time scheduling in some cases.

Qualifications

• Previous patient-facing healthcare experience.
• Strong appointment scheduling and intake experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Ability to escalate clinical concerns appropriately.
• Willingness to learn new EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming patient calls and be the first point of contact for the practice.
• Provide warm, empathetic, patient-centered service on every call.
• Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments.
• Collect necessary patient information for intake and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the EHR when implemented.
• Escalate medical concerns to the provider and avoid giving medical advice.
