Extenteam is seeking a remote Operations Assistant to manage guest communications, reservations, and finances for our vacation rental platforms. You will coordinate cleaners, scheduling, and plumbing dispatch, and ensure listings stay fresh across channels.

This role requires excellent English, strong organization, and the ability to work independently within a growing family‑led team. Remote work offers flexibility and dedicated home office expectations.

Formación

• Experience in guest services, reservations, scheduling, or related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and follow procedures.
• Proven ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Guest communication, reservations handling, and listing maintenance across channels.
• Plumbing scheduling, dispatch, and coordination of vendors.
• Bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks Online and monthly owner statements.
• Social media marketing content creation and posting.
• Follow SOPs and use AI tools to improve efficiency.
