• Experience managing guest reviews across platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, Google, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication with calm, professional handling of sensitive issues.

Responsibilities

• Own guest review monitoring and response workflows across relevant channels and platforms.
• Contact guests by phone or email to de-escalate concerns and resolve issues.
• Use empathy and professionalism to handle sensitive guest situations.
• Follow a structured review management process, track outcomes, and support service-recovery steps.
