D2B is seeking a Loan Processor to manage client applications from submission through settlement. You will coordinate with mortgage brokers, solicitors, and lenders, providing regular updates to clients and ensuring timely, compliant loan files for closing.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to multitask across multiple deadlines in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in mortgage broking or home loans.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• High level of confidentiality in all dealings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client applications from submission to settlement.
• Provide regular progress updates to clients (every 2–3 days).
• Liaise with brokers, loan processors, solicitors and lenders to meet deadlines.
• Ensure loan files are compliant before closing.
• Coordinate with external partners to ensure timely settlements.
