Job summary

D2B is seeking a dedicated Loan Application Specialist to join as a fully remote member of our team in the Philippines. You will submit loan applications, monitor them through approval, and support Brokers and the Scenarios Team to ensure fast, accurate submissions and approvals.

Responsibilities include data entry, documentation preparation, CRM updates, and ensuring compliance with lender policies. Applicants should have 2–3+ years in loan processing and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or tertiary education in finance, business, accounting, or related field.
• 2–3+ years as Loan Application Specialist or similar; mortgage processing/loan applications experience.
• Experience using CRM systems such as ApplyOnline, Mercury, or BrokerEngine is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
• Written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work in a team with minimal supervision.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple loan files.

Responsibilities

• Understand lender requirements and approval process.
• Ensure high-quality data entry and loan packaging.
• Prioritize loan submissions.
• Respond quickly to client needs and lender requests.
• Gather information and structure applications for submission.
• Enter information in CRM systems (ApplyOnline, Mercury, BrokerEngine).
• Prepare NCCP documents and attach to CRM.
• Collect and prepare all necessary loan package documents.
• Review documentation for compliance and missing information.
• Review credit reports and bank statements to assess applicant’s financial position.
• Order valuations and pricing discounts.
• Lodge applications to lenders and maintain quality control.
