D2B is seeking an experienced Senior Mortgage Loan Processor to support mortgage lending operations for an Australian client. This role handles loan documentation, pre-settlement coordination, and post-settlement administration, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery while liaising with brokers, clients, lenders, solicitors, and settlement agents.

Qualifications

3–5 years of mortgage loan processing or related roles in Australian mortgage industry.
Solid understanding of Australian mortgage lending processes, documentation, and settlement procedures.
Hands-on experience with pre-settlement coordination and post-settlement administration.

Responsibilities

Manage loan files from application submission through settlement.
Prepare, review, and submit loan applications and supporting documents to lenders.
Coordinate pre- and post-settlement tasks with lenders, brokers, clients, solicitors, and settlement agents.
Maintain accurate loan records in CRM systems and document management platforms.
Communicate documentation requirements and settlement progress to clients and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with Australian mortgage guidelines and lender requirements.
