D2B in the Philippines is seeking a Loan Processor for a 100% remote role. You will manage client loan applications from submission to settlement, coordinating with brokers, lenders, and solicitors while ensuring compliance and timely settlements.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in mortgage broking or home loans, with strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. Flexibility with Australian holidays and remote collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in mortgage broking or home loans.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritise and meet multiple deadlines.
• Maintains confidentiality in all dealings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client applications and track them from submission to settlement.
• Provide regular updates to clients on progress of their home loan application.
• Liaise with mortgage brokers, loan processors, and lenders for updates.
• Coordinate with solicitors and borrowers to meet settlement deadlines.
• Ensure loan files are compliant before closing.
• Assist clients with deposit payments and processing of funds.
