D2b in the Philippines is seeking an AU Mortgage Broker Support / Loan Processor to work remotely with Australian business hours. You will handle loan processing, document gathering, submissions to lenders, and client communications, using MyCRM daily to manage files and progress.

The ideal candidate has experience with Australian residential lending, excellent English, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently from home.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting an Australian mortgage broker
• Strong understanding of Australian residential lending processes
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• High attention to detail and deadlines
• Ability to work independently from home
• Hands-on experience with MyCRM

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package residential, commercial, and asset finance loan applications
• Collect, review, and organise supporting documents
• Submit applications to lenders and monitor progress
• Follow up with lenders, BDMs, solicitors, accountants, and clients
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Order valuations and track outstanding requirements
• Assist with settlements and post-settlement administration
• Liaise with clients via email and phone
• Provide updates on loan application progress
• Schedule appointments and manage broker calendars
• Ensure a high level of customer service at all times
• Maintain electronic client files and ensure compliance
