Job summary

D2B in the Philippines is hiring a Loan Processor to act as the engine room for mortgage processing. You will execute loan structures designed by the Credit Specialist from data entry through to unconditional approval, aligned with Australian hours and operating remotely.

The role requires 1–2 years of loan processing experience, proficiency with ApplyOnline and lender portals, and excellent English communication. A high-volume workflow is expected in this fast-paced brokerage.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience as a Loan Processor for an Australian Mortgage Brokerage.
• Strong written and verbal English communications.
• Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline (US$3M+ per month).

Responsibilities

• Submit end-to-end applications via ApplyOnline and lender portals with zero errors.
• Handle simple residential files from start to finish (PAYG, Refinance, First Home Buyers).
• Collaborate with Credit Specialist on complex files; verify documents and data entry.
• Liaise with lenders and clients to push approvals and maintain service quality.
• Assist in building an Operations Manual by documenting workflows and templates.
