D2b in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Loan Processor to support the broker with end-to-end loan processing and administrative tasks. The role covers gathering documents, data entry in CRM and lender platforms, and ensuring timely progress toward settlement.

You will liaise with lenders, manage schedules, maintain compliance documentation, and assist with client onboarding and post-settlement follow-ups.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as virtual assistant and loan processor.
• Experience with Mercury and AOL systems.
• Proficient with CRM systems, cloud storage, and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
• Strong understanding of mortgage broking processes and lender requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organise, and verify client documents (ID, income, liabilities, etc.).
• Enter and update client data in CRM, AOL and lender platforms.
• Prepare application files for broker review prior to submission.
• Track application progress and liaise with lenders for status updates.
• Manage upcoming settlement to meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate digital filing and compliance documentation.
• Be across the industry compliance obligations and changes.
• Provide timely updates to clients, lenders, and referral partners.
